The Challenge

O'zelektroapparat-Electroshield is one of Uzbekistan's oldest and most established industrial companies — founded in 1941, ISO-certified, and operating at a national scale. But their website told a completely different story.

The old site was built on an outdated structure with dense navigation, no visual hierarchy, and a design language that hadn't been updated in years. For a company of this scale and reputation, the digital presence simply didn't match the reality.

The goal was clear: redesign the website to reflect who they actually are — a modern, trusted, full-cycle electrical engineering enterprise.

  • Outdated visual design with no clear hierarchy

  • Overly complex navigation across multiple levels

  • No mobile-friendly layout or responsive structure

  • Content buried and difficult to find for both clients and investors

  • No visual storytelling — the company's scale and legacy weren't communicated at all

The Approach

The project started with a thorough analysis of the existing site — mapping content structure, identifying user flows, and understanding the two main audiences: B2B clients looking for products and services, and investors and stakeholders looking for company information.

From there, the design moved through wireframes to high-fidelity mockups in Figma, with a focus on clarity, trust, and industrial professionalism.

  • Information architecture — restructured navigation into 7 clear sections: About, Products, Services, Projects, News, Investors, Careers

  • Visual identity — clean, modern layout using a professional color palette that reflects the company's industrial character

  • Hero section — designed around the company's 85-year legacy, immediately communicating scale and credibility

  • Product & project pages — structured for easy browsing with clear categorization

  • Investor section — dedicated, well-organized area for financial reports and shareholder information

  • Mobile-first approach — fully responsive layout across all screen sizes

The development was handled by the team at MAKON Agency, working directly from the Figma designs with zero interpretation gap.

The Result

The new uzea.uz presents O'zelektroapparat-Electroshield as the industry leader it truly is. A visitor landing on the homepage immediately understands the company's scale, history, and offer — without digging through menus or reading dense paragraphs. Clean, fast, and built to last.

"The redesign exceeded our expectations. The new website finally reflects the level of the company we've built over decades. Navigation is intuitive, the design is professional, and feedback from our partners has been very positive."

UzElectroApparat-Electroshield

The redesigned website replaced a decade-old interface with a clean, modern structure that better reflects the company's 85-year legacy and industrial scale. Navigation was simplified from a cluttered multi-level menu to a clear, purpose-driven layout. Key sections — products, projects, services, and investor information — were reorganized for both B2B clients and stakeholders. The site now communicates trust, scale, and professionalism at first glance.
